An austenitic stainless steel for printed metal components where corrosion resistance and useful mechanical strength are important. The alloy can support a broad range of engineering applications.
A hardenable stainless steel for components requiring high strength with corrosion resistance. Heat treatment and final material condition are important parts of the specification.
A lightweight aluminium alloy for complex printed components. It offers a useful combination of strength, thermal stability and corrosion resistance, with CNC machining available for specified interfaces.
An aluminium alloy option listed by the supplier for metal printing. The description emphasises machinability, weldability and mechanical performance; the exact powder and process route need confirmation.
A titanium alloy for lightweight metal components requiring high strength and corrosion resistance. It is a candidate for demanding engineering applications where weight and durability matter.
A high-strength tooling steel for complex tools and mould-related components. Hardness and wear performance depend on the specified material condition and subsequent processing.
A nickel-based alloy for components exposed to demanding temperatures and mechanical loads. The supplier highlights creep resistance and corrosion resistance for complex printed geometries.
A tin-bronze alloy for printed parts where wear and corrosion resistance are important. The supplier highlights the possibility of complex details such as thin walls and internal channels.
A copper-chromium-zirconium alloy combining strength with conductivity. It is a candidate for complex conductive components, including geometries with internal channels.
Finishing suitability is reviewed against the selected material, manufacturing route, geometry and drawing requirements.

Real messages shared directly with CK. Original wording retained; customer names, companies and order details withheld. Portraits show CK staff, not reviewers. “CK contact” follows the conversation; “CK team” is a team representative, not an order-handler attribution. No star ratings or external verification implied.
Do I need to choose a process before contacting CK?
No. Send the drawing, quantity and intended use. Our team can review manufacturability, material and finishing requirements with you before recommending a route.
Can I order a single part or a small batch?
Yes. Custom one-off parts, prototypes and low-volume production are part of CK’s service. Availability, cost and lead time are reviewed for the individual project.
Can metal printing and CNC machining be planned together?
Yes. Mark the critical interfaces, tolerances and surfaces on the drawing so machining allowance, tool access and workholding can be reviewed before printing.
Can one enquiry include several parts and different processes?
Yes. You can upload a drawing pack, ZIP file and Excel parts list together. Identify each part and include its quantity, material and finishing requirements in the files.
What files should I send for an engineering review?
Send the 3D model and a dimensioned drawing for critical features, together with quantities and relevant specifications. STEP is useful for machining review; printing files and the preferred format can be discussed with the team.
How are quality and delivery requirements confirmed?
The quotation and project review define the agreed material, finish, inspection scope and lead time. Include any required reports, material documents or delivery constraints with your enquiry.
