INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING PARTNERS
More capability. More orders you can take.
For overseas CNC shops and 3D printing bureaus. Add machining capacity, complement the processes you already run, and plan outsourced parts around your customer’s requirements.
MANUFACTURING PARTNERS / FOUR WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Keep your strengths. Expand what you can offer.
Extra capacity for machining partners. Additional process choices for printing partners. Delivery planning for both.
CNC SHOPS / OVERFLOW / ADDITIONAL CAPABILITY
Take on more work. Keep your focus.
When your shop is busy or an order needs an additional machining route, review the parts with CK. Discuss milling, turning and Swiss-type machining around the material, quantities, critical features and required delivery date.
More machining capacity. A broader choice of processes.
Choose the capability your project needs. Confirm the manufacturing route and production schedule against your parts list.
01 / CNC CAPACITY SUPPORT
A wider machining base. For your next order.
Extend the work you can quote with milling, turning and specialist machining. Review overflow batches, additional setups and parts that need an in-house route your own shop does not cover.

Quantities, drawing features and delivery dates reviewed together.
An SLS shop may need metal printing. A metal bureau may need nylon or resin prototypes. Select the missing process around the part, rather than limiting the order to the machines already on your floor.
Your customer’s requirements. One agreed order plan.
Align the drawing revision, critical dimensions, finishing and inspection before production. Coordinate identification, protective packaging and dispatch with your delivery requirements.

Real messages shared directly with CK. Original wording retained; customer names, companies and order details withheld. Portraits show CK staff, not reviewers. “CK contact” follows the conversation; “CK team” is a team representative, not an order-handler attribution. No star ratings or external verification implied.
Send the drawings, material, quantities and required dates. CK reviews machining access, the required operations, inspection and scheduling before confirming a quotation and lead time.
We run SLS or MJF. Can we outsource metal printing?
Yes. CK can review an SLM / DMLS route for your metal-part enquiry, including the alloy, build size, supports, secondary machining and finish. Process selection follows the part requirements.
Do machine quantities show immediately available capacity?
The quantities describe CK’s equipment base. Availability and production timing are reviewed for each order, alongside the part geometry, material, operations and inspection requirements.
Can one order combine different manufacturing processes?
Share a parts list with quantities and specifications for each component. CK can review printing, CNC machining and finishing together, then confirm the scope and delivery plan.
How do we handle confidential drawings and repeat orders?
Discuss your NDA before transferring sensitive drawings. For repeat work, confirm the drawing revision, quantities, material, finish and inspection requirements so the agreed specification remains clear.
Tell us which capability your next order needs. Our team will help review the process, material, quantities, inspection and delivery arrangements. Let’s support more customer projects and grow together.
