SOLAR / POWER CONVERSION

Solar & power-conversion components

Review equipment housings, mounting blocks and assembly interfaces around your drawing and operating requirements.

THE MANUFACTURING ROUTE

Complex thermal geometry.
Controlled assembly interfaces.

Plan the manufacturing route around heat transfer, assembly and service conditions. Define material, inspection and finishing requirements before quotation.

01 / METAL 3D PRINTING

Build complex thermal geometry.

Review complex housings, flow passages and compact thermal-management geometries. Plan support removal, cleaning and access to the features that need machining.

  • Compact manifolds, housings and integrated geometries
  • Machining allowance for seals and assembly interfaces
  • Material, service conditions and verification reviewed together

02 / CNC MACHINING

Machine the interfaces that fit.

Specify mounting faces, sealing lands, bores and threads. Choose standalone CNC machining or printed components with critical assembly features machined afterwards.

  • Equipment housings, mounting plates and connector parts
  • Drawing-defined dimensions and interfaces
  • Workholding, access and inspection reviewed before production

CLEAN ENERGY EQUIPMENT / FAQ

A clearer drawing.
A clearer next step.

Useful questions before you send your energy equipment components for review.

Talk with the CK team →
Can CK supply a complete energy system?

Our scope is custom manufactured components, not complete solar, wind, storage or charging systems. Send the component drawings so we can review the manufacturing route.

Which process is suitable for thermal-management components?

CNC machining may suit accessible channels and controlled mating surfaces. Metal printing may be considered for more complex internal geometry. Material, cleaning, inspection and any leak or pressure test requirements must be agreed for your design.

What information should I include with the drawings?

Include the model, drawing revision, exact material grade, quantity and critical interfaces. Specify the operating environment, finishing, inspection and any documentation requirements.

Can I start with a prototype or a small batch?

Yes. Send your prototype or small-batch requirements with the drawings. Manufacturing feasibility, quantities and timing will be reviewed for the individual project.

How should corrosion, sealing or insulation needs be specified?

Identify the affected surfaces and the required acceptance criteria. Coating compatibility, sealing requirements and any electrical or safety testing must be defined for the component; a finish alone is not system certification.
